The American Master Chefs’ Order (AMCO) proudly announces the successful completion of the 2026 Certified Master Chef (CMC) Examination, resulting in the certification of two new Certified Master Chefs.
The Certified Master Chef Exam, known for its rigorous standards and comprehensive evaluation, represents the pinnacle of culinary excellence in the United States. This five-day exam took place on March 5-10th, 2026 at Schoolcraft College, located in Livonia, MI.
The newly certified master chefs are:
- Chef Geoffrey Lanez, CMC Executive Chef, The Patterson Club in Fairfield, CT
- Chef Luis Young, CMC Executive Chef, The Ford Field and River Club in Richmond Hill, GA
