John “Jack” Shoop, CMC

Master Chef John “Jack”  Shoop earned the Certified Master Chef title in 1989.

Career highlights:

• Former restaurant owner/operator with highly regarded concepts in the southern United States, including Florida.
• Served as Executive Chef at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (Philadelphia), where he combined culinary skill with clinical nutrition to cook for cancer patients, families, and staff.

He passed away on July 14, 2011.
