Master Chef David Kellaway earned the Certified Master Chef title in 1986. 

Career highlights:

• Texas native with a significant career managing culinary operations at premier Las Vegas properties. Served three years at The Mirage, seven at Mandalay Bay, and led Station Casinos’ culinary operations from 2005 onward.
• As Station Casinos’ Corporate Director of Culinary Operations, he standardized recipes, enhanced food-cost accountability, optimized staffing, and elevated dining across multiple venues.
• Appointed Managing Director of CIA San Antonio, returning to education leadership to expand the institution’s Culinary Arts Certificate programs and professional training offerings.
