Walter Rhea, CMPC

Master Pastry Chef Walter Rhea earned the Certified Master Pastry Chef title in 1985.

Career highlights:

  • He was known widely throughout his life in the ACF and the industry as Spud Rhea referring back to his career service in the United States Army.
  • He was an early member and driving force in the United States Army Culinary Arts Team (USACAT) when Lieutenant General John D. McLaughlin himself was still involved with the team.
